Hello Everyone! My name is Kerby Mompoint. This semester will be my final semester here at Bridgewater State University. If everything works in favor I will be graduating with a Psychology degree in May. I have an inspiration of becoming a Clinical Psychologist in the near future. I have a passion for helping others.
This semester I have elected to improve my sleeping habits for my health aspects. On a daily basis I get around 4 hours of sleep. I want to increase my sleeping habit to 6 to 8 hours. Currently, I am a full a time student taking six classes and also I work 70 plus hours on the weekly basis. Because of the free time that I have is very limited. I found myself constantly jeopardizing a good night sleep. That is main reason why want to improve on my sleeping habits.
